Cold Harbour farm is blessed to have been furnished with a magnificent set of brick built farm buildings. We are converting them for modern uses as sympathetically as possible. In the internal courtyards the standard of building materials used was poor. We are trying to marry old and new building techniques. The fibre cement roofs which replaced the original slates have in turn been replaced by insulated composite roof sheets from a local manufacturer. The results are surprisingly good so far.

In the last year we have had some radical changes in farming policy.

The pig herd has been completely disbanded and the equipment sold.  The site has been developed as a caravan storage site.
